decent place to stay

the location is really central. it provides easy access to many attractions. the hotel offers free coffee and snacks in the lobby, I did like this. The staff were generally helpful and available at reception 24/7.

the room was small. it barely had space to move around. The walls are thin so noise from the street was noticeable at night. also the bathroom door didn't close well, it was a real issue.

compact room easy walk

i found the hotel situated just at the edge of murillo gardens. it was easy to walk to all the main attractions from there.. the rooftop offered ample space to sunbathe, and i made good use of it.

i noticed a slight inconvenience, the entrance involved navigating through another linked hotel.

The location was perfect! It was easy to walk to many attractions. I found a handy bus stop to and from the airport within a short walk. The staff was helpful! They let us check into our room before the official check-in time. Luggage storage was available. This helped a lot to enjoy the last day without carrying bags.

The room smelled strongly of cleaning solution. It was a powerful smell. Though not gross, it was unpleasant to some degree

cramped room nighttime noise

the location was acceptable for exploring the area, as it was fairly central.

I was disappointed with the room size. It felt quite cramped. the noise at night from nearby establishments was also a major issue. it.

small room broken shower box

the location was good for getting around the city easily the elevator was efficient

i had some issues with the room size it was much smaller than expected also the bathroom door didn't close properly i found this quite inconvenient the lack of privacy was a bit uncomfortable and the shower box was broken too water leaked from the shower when i used it.
